THE HOTEL ACOMODATION DEPARTMENT HAS SOME GOALS IN EDUCATING THE STUDENTS :
 

  1. Top the jobs around the front office as the receptionist, the reservation clerk, the telephone operator and the porter.
  2. To do the jobs of house keeping area such as the public area attendant, the room attendant, the order taker , the linen and uniform attendant, the laundry attendant.
  3. To cook and serve the continental cuisine consists of the appetizer, the main course , the side dish, and the dessert.
  4. To cook and serve the Indonesian food consists of the appetizer, the main course, the side dish and the dessert.
  5. To serve the food and beverage in the  restaurant, the guest room , the dining table and in the buffet.
  6. To cook and serve the non alcoholic food and beverage.
  7. To organize the service of food and beverage in the restaurant of a hotel
